AM I LIMITED TO THE CARD DESIGNS ON YOUR WEBSITE?
No, you're welcome to fill in our custom order form that is on our contact page. However, it does incur an extra fee and it is possible that we do not accept your request.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we deliver nationwide in South Africa. We also offer collections at our store in Durban KZN.
CAN I CHOOSE THE DELIVERY DATE OF MY CAKE CARD?
Yes, you can choose a preferred delivery/collection date at check out. this allows you to book ahead of time and avoid the hassle of trying to order last minute.
While we cannot guarantee that the order will arrive on the exact date, we will make sure that it arrives before or on the specified dated.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY CAKE CARD DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information that you can use on our courier partner's website.
Delivery takes 2-4 days, depending on your location.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
No, we currently do not offer same day delivery or collection.
WHAT IF MY CAKE CARD ARRIVES EARLY
Sometimes your Cake Card may arrive early as a precaution to avoid any late deliveries. While we strive for punctuality, early arrival is outside our control. We apologise for any inconvenience, but we believe it’s better to start the celebration a day early than to miss the occasion entirely.
Each Cake Card comes with a Best Before date indicated at the back of the cake slices. It can be kept in the fridge until the best before date.
WHAT IF MY CAKE CARD ARRIVES LATE?
If your Cake Card arrives later than expected, please contact our customer service team for assistance. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier.
DO YOU CATER FOR ANY DIETRY RESTRICTIONS?
No, we all of our cakes contain dairy, wheat flour, eggs and are made in a bakery that handles nuts.
ARE YOU HALAAL?
No, we are not halaal certified. But we do not use any gelatine or alcohol in our cakes.
WHAT IF I NEED TO AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel or amend your order within one hour of placement. After which, your amendments may carry a fee.
Depending on the order progress, refunds for cancellations will, at our discretion, be issued out as a voucher or will be forfeited completely.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Online Orders: Payments can only be made using our YOCO payment portal.
In-store Orders: Can be paid in cash or using our card machine.
